  • I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this nail salon. I went in for an acrylic fill. I only went here because my nail salon, Just Nails in Summerlin, was closer. I explained that my thumb nail should be replaced because I thought it might not last another two weeks. The technician ignored my request. The gel top coat was not applied correctly, it didn't cover the sides of my nail. A chunk of acrylic was left under my pink nail and the oval shape was totally lopsided. I called the same day, confirmed the time they close, 9PM. I left work early and got there at 8PM... They were closed. I was furious. I came in the next morning at opening (9:30), the technician I had already had a customer. I explained how poorly the job she did was and said "I would be happy for a refund, I'll go to a different salon" she got very upset, wouldn't look me in the eye and was muttering. Finally she told me to come back and she would fix it, I explained I had no time to. She took my on and started fixing my nails with a lot of back talk. Finally as she was REALLY looking at my nails she started saying sorry for the bad job. Even now, after fixing them, they are still incredible uneven and have a piece of brush hair stuck in the polish. It is not worth going to this location. I will continue driving 20 minutes to go to Just Nails in Summerlin.
