This Verizon branch truly doesn't even deserve the one star but YELP doesn't allow negative numbers. I went into the store to purchase a screen protector for my current phone and answers to a couple of questions on the new iwatch. The store was busy but there wasn't anyone checking people in. This seemed a bit unusual but a young lady named Lisa looked up and said she would be with me in a moment. I stayed close to the front and looked at a few of the other phones as well as the iwatch. A number of other people entered after me and were then registered by Lisa as well as waited on. I went up asking Lisa her name which she gave me. I explained that I was unhappy with her service as she registered everyone else ahead of me as well as provided services to them. I also explained I entered the store first. She barely looked up at me mumbled "sorry", rolled her eyes at me and went back to these other people.
I then left and contacted customer service. I spoke with a gentleman named Brian. He listened and took my complaint. He then told me he passed it along to his supervisor. He also said from there he wasn't sure what would happen. He wasn't sure if I would get a call or if they would reach out to the store or person. In short he wasn't sure what would happen from there. Interesting that customer service people have no clue what happens with a complaint.
I've been a customer of Verizon Wireless for 12 years. Just a quick FYI for them...there are other carriers out there which I'm contemplating switching to. Hey Verizon CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?
