This is our favorite hotel to stay at while going to a convention. The convention center has buses that stop here so all we have to do is go out and wait in front.
The room rates are good except for the one year they sky rocketed and we stayed at the Howard Johnson up the street, way up the street. They have a lot of restaurants to choose from here. The buffet is pretty good as buffet's go so that says a lot. Plus inexpensive.
The rooms are nice the beds are not comfortable but neither is one I sleep on at home. The bathrooms, oh lord, are so out dated and the colors are so 1970's.
The bars are OK. The main bar in the middle is the best with the best service too. My husband also goes to the gym here and he loves seeing old men who don't know how to work out, work out. He tells me all kinds of shenanigans that go on down there.
Other than that we really like coming here.
