  • It was our first time there and have to admit that we were a little apprehensive about everything being described as "organic" and gourmet in the same sentence, but we were presently surprised. My husband and I each only ordered a slice of pizza - pepperoni and a spicy Italian. The crusts were crispy, not soggy. They could have used a bit more sauce and cheese, but most "gourmet" pizza aren't served that way. We are looking forward to going back and trying their pasta.
