  • First time here, No I did not have an appt. When I came in I asked if they accept walk in's for gel color, and she told me to sit and wait. I expected that. After about 15 min, she brought the acetone to remove the gel nail color from another salon. ok nothing new. Then she tells me, she had someone come in that had an appt. She left me to soak.... 25 min later, another person asked which color did I want, and I sat some more... 15 min later, another finally started to work on taking off the nail color. After 2 coats, she asks me if I want another.... well ya... it's always 3 coats with gel. It was very VERY poorly done, to put it kindly, and it didn't last 2 days. After I left, I found places where I can still see my old bright red nail polish from before. The girl didn't even take off all of the nail that I had on before. Now I have to go back to my normal place, to get my nails done again, this place sucked. Just as a follow up 8/12/13, nails became so thin and brittle there is a line where it is growing in! I have to wait for my new "nail" to fully come in, so they will be strong again. I am now also using Tea Tree Oil to help. Right now it is a little over half way grown in. Luckily for them, I don't call the Better Business Bureau.
