I had expressed interest in one of their apartments, and after two visits told them I would return with documents and funds to secure the unit I wanted. When I did (3 days later), I was told the apartment had already been rented. Myself and the employee working the front office had a verbal agreement that I was to be notified in the event someone else had expressed interest in the unit. When I asked why I wasn't at least notified, another employee claimed they didn't know which unit I was considering (even though they claimed it was the only 2 bedroom unit that was available). While I'll admit that the front office employees were certainly courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly, they seemed to express a clear lack of communication and coordination. If this ordeal is indicative of how things are run there, I'd rather take my money elsewhere.
