  • They mislabelled my samples and did not even bother to call me and tell me. When I reached out to my doctor a week later he said that they should have called me and asked me to go in again. The tech with the initials KMK was on her Bluetooth while doing my blood draw. I wasted 2.5 hours on a Saturday only to get my labs mislabelled. I am a student doctor and such mistakes can cause so much hassle. This is not acceptable.
