This place is a gem and I would never have even known it existed unless another Clevelander thought I was worthy enough for this local secret. It's much bigger than it looks from the outside as well.
I couldn't read most of what the items were, but it was still a lot of fun to see new foods and get a little outside of my comfort zone. There was also a super friendly old man who told us how to cook some of the fresh vegetables we were admiring. Most importantly, however, is that they sell these packets of Kikkoman miso soup that have effectively made my love for miso an addiction. All other miso is no inferior.
Also, the parking lot is relatively big, but since this place is right next door to Szechuan Gourmet it is usually pretty full.
But I'll definitely be back here buying all the miso packets!
