What John fails to say is after he apologized and asked for another chance I told him I already contracted with another company he asked if I paid a deposit and if not I could cancel them. I am a person of my word and if I signed a contract I would not break it. Even for a cheaper price. His suggestion that I cancel is unethical at best. After I explained my reason he called me unforgiving and cold hearted individual. Just another reason that confirmed my decision. I stand by my original review.
John, the owner, is now telling me (via Yelp) I don't believe the truth, but yet the only question he is addressing is the price, nothing about the insurance question or the lack of confidence saying "we should be able to do that" - it is not all about the money. A low deductible and high amount of insurance says to me, lots of claims, we don't take care of your valuables. Lack of confidence saying "we SHOULD be able to do that" does not give me a comfort of giving them my stuff to handle. Honestly I can't believe that my one review would cost him "20 jobs per day" according to John. I John continues to speak negatively about me and even on yelp - Again, I stand by my review. I read every review on my subject, I do not just look at the Star ratings as John says. John keeps changing his comments to counteract my comments. This is getting comical. My move is this weekend and I will post my experience with my current movers - good or bad.
