  • Where should I begin..... if I could give negative stars I would, but since Yelp does not allow that, they get 1 star. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. 1.) When I called to get my estimate, well actually got three. Exec Movers were in the middle, so I decided to go with them. So I knew from the other two quotes that exactly what to expect with cubic square footage, ect.... My sales person told me all the things that this his company would do to take care of my things from tacking things apart and wrapping everything. Lies.... when the actually movers got there, they said they would take anything apart except for the bed and dresser. I was very pissed about this. The sales person also said everything was included in the quote. Lies again. If they thought it needed to be crated, then there was an extra charge for that... An extra charge for mattress covers.... Extra this and that... It was ridiculous. 2.) The paper work is absolutely crazy. It took me over thirty minutes to fill all this out. 3.) The driver told me pick a day to have my stuff delivered, so I selected two weeks out. Mistake, make sure you read the fine, fine, fine, fine print. It says the earliest you can receive but it might take up to 60 days for them to deliver. Again when I asked the driver, he said we will delivery this on the day you request. "We want our customers to be happy!" Again Lies... Lies.... Lies.... 3.) So after two weeks, I was getting a little an confused as to why I hadn't received a call from them to set date up. So I called, and called, and called.... Finally got in touch with someone. She stated that driver made a mistake by telling me to pick a date. That my delivery hasn't event left Las Vegas yet. I was absolutely pissed off at this time. 4.) Three weeks later(after my original , still no furniture delivery. 5.) I called them back and they reassured me it was leaving Las Vegas and would arrive in Seattle mid week. 6.) No need, no phone call. So I called them back on Saturday 10/22. They finally set a time for Sunday morning from 10/23 from 8 am - 10 am. 7.) 8 am, no truck no call... 9 am, no truck no call... 10 am no truck, but I did receive a call. They were at the wrong storage unit. After I emailed them the address and followed up with a call. 8.) Truck shows up at 11:30, no Foreman to get job started. The driver stated that since I made a change to the address, they would have to charge a mileage fee difference.... That was until I stated that the new location was 45 miles closer, and if I could charge that since I was not going to be having them deliver there. He then changed his mind real quick. 9.) The Foreman in charge of the job finally show up close to noon. Again for hours of waiting, two past the time slot. 10.) They then informed me that I would have to pay an additional charge for the elevator. $85 to be exact, but since they were late, they would only charge $50. Really? I said no. They got in the truck and said they would not unload my things until I paid. I tried calling the office, no answer. I was trapped. I had to pay to get my things. 11.) The loading job of the truck was absolutely terrible. I had crushed boxes, ect... and you could hear broken glass with each lift. 12.) As things were being unloaded, I had to help with 75% of the unloading of the truck and loading in my storage unit because the help they hired to actually do the job did not show up. 13.) Painful... this entire process. So to list out a few things broken: Crystal service set that was antique, wine glasses, other dishes, trunks, garbage cans, suitcases, and my queen size headboard. How in the hell can you break a headboard? 14.) The Foreman informed me that I had 30 days to make a claim with the company. I told him I needed him to go through all these broken boxes and write everything down that was damaged, he refused. 15.) Now the real fun begins.... I have to deal with the office to get my issues resolved. 16.) I was also offended by the language these people had at the time of delivery.... Both men we black, which doesn't matter to me at all, but one was calling the other the "N" word, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional on all levels. I don't care what color your skin is. So now I will try and de with these claims over the phone. I hope this process is much better that my other experiences with this company. I will write another review to let everyone know how the 2nd process was. Wish me luck.
