  • I'm going to try to make short and sweet since this one simple job took a span of 2years. First off not trying to down grade this company, but simply stating my experience so don't be upset with your wrong doing. Had front bumper damage told Legend to make sure it is done right and willing to wait extra for the quality of work. For every $1000 of damage they give you a $100 bucks towards your deducible. (Which they need to stop advertising a $0 deductible) I had a $500 deductible w/$3500 in damage costing me $250. After a month went to pick up the car. The car was not even inspected after the work. The damage was repaired to front panel, paint look good, but the bumper was hanging off the hanger. When I asked about it they told me it was a manufacture defect. I had a clear bra on my vehicle prior to the damage. Which Legend did the estimate they forgot to include the clear bra, side mirrors, and headlights. Would have cost another $1000 to my insurance plus a new bumper (more money from my insurance) which was aftermarket (I was told OEM part only) because the hangers wouldn't hold. Which technically should had been refunded $250 of the deductible I paid. When asked about the $250 they said no because it was already said and done. Came back the second time the clear bra and side mirror were installed. It was way off not covering with jagged lines. Look like the person installing it had to many energy drinks or a fast job covering parts of the hood, and headlights. Vehicle once again not inspected before showing me. I already dropped off the rental. Legend said sorry and using my vehicle and gas drove me back to work which is in another city didn't think of how wrong that was until after the fact. After this figured I would get my $250 back nope. They had to remove my ballast from the frame for the fog lights to remove the bumper. When the new bumper was installed they didn't remount the ballast and left it sitting inside the bumper at the bottom so when the detail guy (which does an awesome job) washed the car my ballast were sitting in water and no longer worked covered in rust. OK sum it up: I contacted the manufacture about the bumpers and even the dealership. I was told I was the only one with this problem and that I would need a body shop to make the repair. No one would return my calls not even the owner eventually after 2 months of trying and serious frustration I finally got a hold of someone. This all took 2year 2months and about 10 separate trip back and forth to the shop and about 5 rentals to get done. So in the end of all this. The bumper still comes loose but not as bad. Minor scratches to tent and paint and broken fog lights. Very disappointed in this place.
