  • Do not go to hilbish ford for service. My wife went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They called her said the truck was finished and after leaving the dealership she got a little over a mile away. The truck started vibrating violently and acting out of control. Once she got it pulled over she inspected the outside of the truck and realized there were no lug nuts on the driver rear wheel. I called them after she told me what happened and towed the truck back to the dealership. They offered her two free oil changes, repairs to the truck and a rental, but in my opinion that was not near enough seeing how they put her life at risk. We will no longer be using there services do to this type of negligence.
