Great little yoga studio in a tiny strip mall. This yoga studio - maybe because it's new - doesn't seem to get too crowded during the classes - which is not very fun when you're already doing moksha yoga and it's hot and sticky and a little bit hard to breathe. During moksha classes, they blast the heat and the humidifers (I had never seen the humidifiers in other classes before!)
Instructors are all really friendly - speak in gentle tones and encourage you not to overdo it. They don't seem to spend as much time adjusting your postures as at other places. Studio fits around 30 people I would say?
Studio and changing areas are very clean. Great showers! This is a welcome change from some of the other places I've been where it smells like old sweat! (shudder).
Other hints:
- Best to park on Woolgar Rd beside the studio - there never seems to be parking in front of the studio.
- There is a great introductory special of $30 for 30 days. What a bargain!
- Before class there can be a lineup for filtered water. Best to BYOW or just use tap water.
