rev:text	This company is a joke! We pay for the same day service plan yet we keep getting next day appointments. Our furnace broke down and in 3 visits they cant figure out whats wrong with it. First it was a filter so we replaced it. Then something else so they ordered it and installed it and broke something else during the installation. And it's still not fixed. Oh and the icing on top... it's the dead of winter and we haven't had heat for the last 3 nights. Good job direct energy!!
