My husband and I did some jewelry shopping today in multiple shops throughout the mall to get an idea of a replacement wedding ring set ( mine was stolen a few years back) and thought we would check out Kay's because we've had such good experiences with them in the past. Anyways, one of the sales people was pretty full of himself and his selling abilities. Which is fine until you make a customer try to feel bad about shopping around. Then he tried to get me to pick between two rings that I was interested in by saying, "Gun to your head, which one would you choose?"....seriously? Those word choices are awful. He spent a total of 5 minutes with us before passing us off to the manager because he said, "She might be able to help you better than I can." Can't say I'll be shopping here again.
