| - We used to go to this place once a month for pedi's and brow waxing for a few years. We stopped because I lost my job and could no longer afford them. until recently, we decided to treat ourselves to a long overdue visit. We got there at 9:00 am just as the place began to fill up. a new gal, (a white gal) seated us and ran the water for our soak...cool water instead of warm or hot. A gal came over and began working on my feet, and then another on my wife's. My gal was doing a pretty good job until a high maintenance woman walked through the door as my gal was trying desperately to get this woman's attention, waving frantically. She turned back to me with a furrowed brow as she continued on my feet, glancing back over her shoulder watching this woman hoping no one else would take her!
She then began rushing through my pedi, trying to finish up to the point when I asked my wife to watch what was going on! this gal was shoving my feet around and at one point had my foot on top of the water sprayer while she had my feet in the paraffin wax bags. I was soo annoyed now I looked at my wife and could tell even she was fit to be tied. it was she and her manicurist that noticed my gal threw hot towels over my legs before putting the mint stuff on first! she then began to "massage" my feet and legs as she banged on my calfs a few times and said, "feels good, right?" they both had watched her throw the wet towels over the mint cream and whisk it away to the back room. my wife's gal even said something to her about it, and it clearly pissed my gal off. My wife asked her gal to do both of our brows as she didn't want this woman anywhere near me again. When she went up to go pay she told the new white lady about my ordeal, and she was slightly upset and offered my a coupon for $5.00 off the next two pedicures and told me the next time I came in," they would take care of me." Wife gave both tips to her gal for backing up her claim that this chick screwed me and clearly didn't care about anything but getting to this other client. They argued in their language back and forth as we walked out. Thank you, ladies, for taking our hard earned money and disrespecting us. They took $5.00 off of the bill so I guess I should be happy? NOT! You should have comped my visit entirely, that would have been good business. We paid you for a service that you didn't provide. This was a DELUXE pedicure too!
