  • I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I just wanted an upgrade and the manager JABBAR repeatedly tried to up sell me which was super obnoxious. I finally agreed to the tempered glass and was on my way. I looked at the receipt and realize he charged me for Ready Go, which means he set up my whole phone for me and transferred everything. UM NO. I literally had to do all of that myself so I'm pissed a MANAGER would do that to me. Super unprofessional and irresponsible and I would avoid this store at all costs. I went to another store to have everything returned and cancelled and then did it all over with a new employee so Jabbar wouldn't get commission on such a shady deal. The very next day when I went to return everything, the tempered glass had a chip on it (piece of shit for a $50 price tag) and no one could exchange or help me with a return. Super disappointing. I even looked on amazon and saw the EXACT same brand tempered glass for 1/10 of the cost. Worst Verizon experience ever.
