| - I'm guessing that the staff read all the bad reviews, and have made some changes since then. We booked through livingsocial.com, and then I read all of these bad reviews. I decided to give this place a chance anyways, and I'm glad we did. Our package included a great show, 2 for 1 drinks, and discount for dinner. Only made it to the show, but that is because we wanted to eat other places. Plus I'm not a big "on tap" drinker.
I had to call Brittney several time (because of last minute changes on our part) she was always friendly and helpful. The last change was about staying an extra night. We were coming in on a Wednesday & instead of leaving on a Friday we wanted to leave on Saturday. (Keep in mind this was the week of Thanksgiving) Brittney warned me up front that we may need to check into another room on Friday, which I was fine with. (After all this was a last minute change.) When we checked in on Wednesday we were told that we had the same room the entire time, which was wonderful. Thanks Brittney for taken care of us.
The staff at The Signature was wonderful, as well. They took very good care of us. Right down to confirming the Grand Canyon hours on Thanksgiving day. Their pool in tower 2 was open, but MGM's was closed. To be honest we were to busy on the strip to care.
I read that some had issues with housekeeping. We were able to check in early and our room was clean for the most part. The only reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because of the following: One of the coffee cups was stained (just need to be washed). The bath towels are really ruff, and one was starting to ripe. All in all though I can't complain. I have stayed at another hotel on the strip (Not naming them, but they were kind of across the street) At that other hotel I had the following issues: The toilet seat was broken. The air conditioner never cooled the room down. At the other place we paid about the same for less days and no show. Plus I like not having housing keeping coming in every day. This way I don't have to worry about locking my things up or worse getting woken up early by loud housekeepers in the hallway.
