  • I usually go to the location on 28th and Bell, but somehow the car was at 5th and Bell. We had reserved the car for noon. We got there and the girl said there were no cars "as you can see". We couldn't tell. When we looked out there are cars parked everywhere. Then she got an attitude with us. My boyfriend called her an inappropriate name because of her attitude. Then she kicked us both out. I hadn't said anything and she still made me leave. I demanded an apology. She refused it. We needed the car to go out of town for a funeral. We ended up going to Avis. They were quite a bit cheaper and no hoops to jump through there, like utility bills, etc. Enterprise lost our business for sure.
