rev:text	First of all I would give this location 0 stars....I went to the Avondale location at around 9pm 1/22/15 for my baby with a horrible cough and rattle in her chest. I was told by the front desk receptionist Irene W. "It will be a 2 1/2 hour wait, or more" no eye contact and very rude to begin with...Also she was visibly sick with red runny nose herself...SHE WAS VERY UNPLEASANT! I was horrified at the Unprofessional attitude the "so called" team leader Jamila K. carried, VERY RUDE and would not let me talk after I asked her if my twins (who were NOT SICK) could leave and go to my car parked in front view to wait and NOT be around many who obviously WERE sick...Was told NO by both, that my other children NOT SICK and other adult (or anyone in my party) for that matter "Could not leave the office, or my Baby would be taken off the waiting list!" "And there are many other children waiting" Jamila said to me... Excuse me but ARE YOU SERIOUS...I kept asking her to let me finish and explain, that I would be with my other children in our car or the other adult, but that 1 of us would remain in the office. She was raising her voice at me and caused an embarrassing scene. Not caring for the whole waiting room to hear, at least 25 people... Thoroughly disgusted in the conduct of these two employees!! Jamila K. should NO WAY be a Team Leader/Manager, SHE GIVES Goodnight Peds a horrible representation!!! I could not believe my ears and eyes so I asked for Corporates phone number and they both told me to "Go Ahead and call Corporate" which makes me believe that this happens often... SAD! Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will NEVER be back Due to Jamila K. and Irene W. Both were hesitant to give me their names and Jamila pointed to her badge with attitude, not saying anything! My baby was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis and taken care of by a great staff and doctor elsewhere. I felt very Frustrated and SAD for my family due to the UNCARING STAFF at this location. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! EVER!!!
