My opinion of the service experience at Roerich Honda has not changed and continues to be excellent (5 stars). Not having purchased my current Honda there, I thought I'd audition the sales experience. I entered the showroom expecting to be greeted by a salesperson (there is a "welcome desk" but no one was behind it), wandered around for a while, and finally went up to the person who now was behind the welcome desk and asked for a salesperson. A pleasant and knowledgable young man came forth, asked which vehicle I was interested in, offered me a beverage while he went to get it from the lot for a test drive, and brought it to the front door of the showroom. We had a pleasant chat as we drove around city streets. This dealership is not located near any highways. We came back into the showroom, sat down at his desk where he asked me the appropriate questions and then went off to "his manager's" office. Five minutes passed, ten, fifteen, twenty. Nothing. I decided that this was no longer a pleasant experience conducive to buying or leasing a car and left.
