LOVE LOVE LOVE Cuoco Pazzo. Went in and told them I was dieting. They reconfigured a dish for me without Pasta or clams. It had rapini and sausage and some other flavors from delicately chosen vegetables. OUT of this WORLD! MMMMMMMmmmm. Went again about a month later, and I had the seared tuna. I was very hesitant because I like either sushi or well cooked fish, but this was delicious and very different and so large that I took half home for breakfast the next day. The sauce was not what I usually think of as a sauce. This had a variety of spices--more like infusions--, layered flavors, and cut up small pieces of fresh tomatoes. NO . .. not a tomato sauce. This was fresh. Everything was fresh.
I have tried more dishes here that I do not normally eat and the chef never disappoints. They never rush you. The tables are well spaced and airy. I am not a beer drinker but I hear from friends that the beer list is unbelievable.
Oh, I get a kick out of their music. The mix is quite unusual and delightful. Very eclectic. Nice change.
If you talk with the owners, you find that they just love food. They love experimenting. They love quality. They love pleasing with their cuisine. And it shows in the food.
