  • I went to this Discount tire location to have my tires rotated and balanced per my tire warranty agreement. I was informed that my tires were down to 2/32" in one location and therefore they would not rotate my tires for my safety. It should be noted that these are light truck 10 ply tires not the typical 4 ply automobile tires. I had a discussion with them in regards to how did leaving it as is make it any safer for me, but they would not touch the tires that they had sold me and regularly rotated. It appears that this is a hard sell tactic that is now being implemented by at least this Discount Tire location.
