  • I was offered an special of $99 for two hours and two people and $165 if they have to stay an extra hour. They ended up staying two and half hours and Ms. Kim decided I have to pay like for 3 hours (she keeps saying she told me but I am 100% sure about what she said over the phone). The girls did the best they could but they came with really basic products (I requested a deep cleaning). After the shock on the extra $65 for half an hour I reviewed the kitchen cabinets and the ones on top of the stove are full of grease and some draws never cleaned. I don't like when people take advantage of me and I learned the lesson everything needs to be done by writing before I accept it.
