  • Can you say terrible customer service? We arrived at the airport and then called them. Even though they said 10 minutes we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. We had a fellow get on with us and even though we were on the bus first when we arrived he jumped out and ran to the checkout to get his car. Now that would be rude but not terrible but these guys take 20 minutes to get a car for someone. Finally our paperwork was done and the fellow takes us outside to look at the car. Its dark and had been raining the guy was totally rude, obnoxious and disinterested. If you want to get your car quickly, get out this is not a place for you. The cars are old. Ours had 60K miles and the tires were bald. Imagine driving in the rain with bald tires. Do not rent from this place.
