TruForce seems to be making strides in their attempt to change the culture for the better. As noted in my previous review, conversations with TruForce were contentious and left me wanting gauge my eyeballs out. They have recently made some additions to their staff to "clean up" their negative reputation. Scott was brought on board and reached out to me on numerous occasions to apologize for the experience and sincerely wanted to make things right.
Although, I won't be signing on with them any time soon; I would be willing to entertain the idea if there product choice changes and Scott's infectious positivity and customer focus continues to trickle up, down, and across the organization.
