  • I intended to give 5 stars because my experience was pleasant enough and my gel manicure came out looking good. Plus she was very patient with me as I decided on colors and tried them on. I was going to still give a 5 star review by the time I left Vegas because I was going to attribute my peeling and ugly cuticles because I figured that's Vegas and I come from the Bay Area so I'm not used to such dry brutal weather. However, just over a week later now the gel is peeling, and not from the bottom, it's peeling from the tops and sides and middle and really every edge. I keep 2 stars because customer service is part of the experience and she got that right, but I wouldn't come here again, I did not receive good quality.
