| - I have been using European House For Imports since my Warranty on my Jaguar expired in 2004, many years ago. First, they are great people, Barry the owner, and customer care staff, Brandon and Josh. Secondly, they are extremely honest, always providing excellent mechanics that are fully certified. Barry the owner, a super tech himself, evaluates every new mechanic personally and only hires the best certified mechanics possible. Over the years, they have worked on numerous mechanical issues with my Jaguar. My model, a 2002 X-Type 3.0 does not have a great repair record according to Consumer Reports because it was a first year model. However, I absolutely love the ride, handling and the beautiful hum of the Jaguar engine. In fact, the model I have has the best steering of virtually almost any car available in the U.S., when it was reviewed.
Barry and his staff at European House for Imports are always on top of any repairs I've needed over the years and take a pro-active approach to keep your vehicle in the best possible condition possible. When you bring your car over European House For Imports, if you need a ride home or to your office; Barry, the owner will take you where you have to go as a courtesy, no charge. You will then get called by his repair service staff once they determine exactly what's wrong with your car, an estimate of the repair, when the parts are coming if (if needed); and a fairly accurate time of when your care will be available. If you need a ride to pick up your car his service center, Barry will pick you up and take you back to his shop. For me personally, this has been an invaluable service most repair shops just don't do.
If a repair part(s) is extremely expensive, sometimes, they can even get a replacement part on a real expensive item at a local salvage center. Through European House for Imports I was able to get a nearly perfect used bumper for $250 that would normally cost near a $1,000 dollars. This helped me save substantially in the body work cost I needed to bring the Jaguar body back to brand new. You won't find a more honest higher quality full service repair facility in Las Vegas or Henderson. They are the best.
I can only recall one occasion when a repair was not done to their normally very high standards as I had a problem with my Jaguar in another state. The car had to be repaired again in Colorado at a Jaguar dealer. Once I got back to Las Vegas and explained what happened in Colorado, European House For Imports gave me a complete $400 credit that I used against future repairs. Must I mention one of the pleasant surprises in working with them, is that their repair prices are extremely reasonable (especially compared to a dealer), and most importantly will come with a warranty for the work/repairs done.
European House For Imports are experts in the repair of Mercedes Benz, Land Rovers, BMW's, Lotus, Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Volvo, Bentley, Ferrari, Saab, Mini, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche, VW, Audi and MG. If your brand is not on this list; give them a call; they likely will be able to help you out.
Most of their customers like me have used them for a long time and won't consider another repair shop. I'm proud to give them the highest review possible for the years of wonderful service they have provided. They are family. When you come to their service shop in an extremely convenient location in Summerlin, you will also be greeted by another member of the family, a 3 year old Shiba Inu named Champion. He is such a sweet dog and European House For Imports is also a Champion in the quality repair of virtually every European car regardless of age or condition, etc.
