I would not recommend using Carpets N More. The installer did not have enough carpet to finish the house (salesperson mis-calculated), and when I called for help, the salesperson made it clear it was not her responsibility. I didn't know who else to call, and I thought we were going to be left high and dry. I went into the store in person, asked for a manager, and the salesperson told me there was no manager who I could speak to either in the store or on the phone ... she claimed to be the only person I could speak to (and it was obvious she had no intention of helping with the missing carpet). After arguing, she eventually gave me the number of the corporate office, who were able to order the missing carpet. They had delays getting the missing carpet and the corporate office gave us a partial refund for the mistake and delay, but I would have preferred they had just completed the job in the first place! Their salespeople are happy to sell carpet, but if a problem comes up, unfortunately it's up to the customer to go to the corporate office to get it solved.
