  • I have lived here for a year now and absolutely cannot wait to move out in a few months. This place used to be very clean, calm, staff-friendly, high-quality and relaxing when I first moved in (somewhat new). However, with the brand new management team coming in, the staff-service is VERY RUDE AND HORRIBLE, noise level is beyond the standards (PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK ON WEEKENDS AND NEED THEIR SLEEP), the complex is just a pigsty. Things have only gotten WORST since I moved in and has zero signs that it will get any better. There used to be at least one event with decent food once a month, but this is gone now. There used to be dog treats and free snacks around, but this is gone now. There used to be very responsive and kind staff that provide the top-quality service to their residents, but this is definitely gone too. This place is a COMPLETELY TRASH and I am absolutely hating it! Oh, worst of all, they STILL INCREASED the rent even if you are already a resident which doesn't make sense. This place is not worth your money! P.S. This entire apartment complex is like a club! you can hear people's extremely loud music/bass 2-3 rows down from the music source!!!!! "This is the price you pay for living in an apartment." - told by the office people. Goodluck!
