  • When I was having trouble getting out of my lease I turned to the Internet and came across ATA. The initial phone call with the woman was great and really had me feeling like I was going to get the help I needed at an affordable price. She ended up scheduling me for an appointment with Ken (the owner) who said he would come in on Labor Day which was his day off for an appointment. I ended up receiving two emails with different times from the office although I knew what time I was supposed to be there (1130). At 9am I was lucky enough to come across a resolution with my apartment that would have me paying nothing to get out of the lease, I immediately phoned the phone number (at 9am) on the instructions to cancel my appointment and not waste Ken's time. Around 11:50am I received a nasty message on my phone from Ken himself about me being "inconsiderate" for not showing up. Ken apparently didn't check his voicemail. I myself am a business owner and I would never talk to a client like this, especially on a message?! If you really didn't want to meet on your day off then don't schedule it? I was extremely surprised and now very happy that I did not do business here. Just wanted to share my experience, BEWARE!
