  • I do not even know where to begin! I do not recommend this location, I wont say the whole group because I had a much different experience with their flamingo location, however this Bonanza location is another story entirely! Even though my jaw was injured in the process of an extraction I do not fault the Dr. he did his job to the best of his abilities. I was in constant pain from an extraction and had to seek medical attention after a week of constant pain. Again, my pain was not the doctors fault (as far as I know). The front office staff is my issue. every time I spoke with the same receptionist I was quoted a different price for services. I went in for the exam, she went over with me everything that needed to be done and gave me a price for each procedure. I returned the next week to start a 4 visit procedure with everything that needed to be done, once they completed that first visit mu co pay had gone from $360 the original price to $475 without it being discussed. I took her word that the difference in price was accurate and asked what the next visits would be. I was told a price which was not what was originally quoted at the exam even though no other services had been added, the price continued to go up. upon the second visit I was again told a whole other price and made very clear that what she was telling me was it, I was assured this was the price. (mind you, again something completely different) third visit, the price had not only increased AGAIN, but now I had a past due balance from the first visit that was never told to me when I paid the almost $500, nor was the past due balance told to me on the second visit when she assured me of the price. I was only seen for services one time, yet every time I spoke with the receptionist the price changed, EVERY TIME! now I am being told that she apologizes for the confusion, but still no one can tell me what I paid for, or what I should have paid for. I am not sure what the issues they are having but I intend to take the financial issues up with the insurance company. There is absolutely no level of professionalism with the front office, and I will not only not return to this location, but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
