Sadly disappointed in The Laugh Factory! Had "VIP" tickets for double the regular price which didn't even secure front row tables, which made zero sense to me. Along with 10 others I was there to celebrate a birthday, drink & laugh. Upon arrival the inside bar was not open, when we asked we were told we could leave, take the elevators down to the casino floor to purchase drinks, water etc... Two people in our party were late to the start of comedy because they did just that, took the elevator down to be ignored on the casino floor trying to buy drinks. A bartender did show up inside the club approximately 5 minutes before the show began. No waitress service, no intermission- just a thirsty crowd unable to get drinks. The comedians were fine, we laughed for sure but they weren't great - very forgettable. The Laugh Factory must have forgotten they're in a destination city that makes money off of hospitality! Also their comedians would've probably gotten more laughs and would've sold merchandise if the audience was able to have a sip of alcohol. It was disappointing on so many levels.
