  • Thought this is a 5-star hotel. A bit disappointing compare to other hotels in the area. -* Rooms are small. Pictures are misleading during the reservation. -* No minibar. Just a bottle of water. Empty fridge. -* WiFi speed is 3Mbps down/up. :( Overall nothing special really. I'm a regular in Toronto for business. Probably won't stay again. Sorry Omni Toronto. Disappointing compare to other Omni hotels.
