Ultimate fajitas are good for a chain restaurant. Rib Eye steak, chicken, and pulled pork, on a plate filled with sauted peppers, onions, summer squash, and zucchini. Fresh homemade corn tortillas on the side and a side plate with Tex Mex rice and beans. Enough food for two people. Always attentive service. I can't give On The Boarder a five because they have limited gluten free items. Highly recommend for a chain.
