Abysmal customer service! Purchased a simmons mattress & foundation two years ago and after a problem started to develop I contacted The Brick to process a warranty claim. While that was straight forward enough and the claim was approved once I went to the store to pick a replacement the games start. Not wanting to honor sale pricing for the replacement, insisting that if I wanted to pick up the replacement mattress I would also have to return the old one (effectively forcing me to pay for delivery).
Their arrogance and complete disregard for their customers is very disappointing. Just purchased a vacation property and will be furnishing it from anywhere other than The Brick.
