  • Everything was perfect! No lines. Knowledgeable staff. They did not try to upsell. Good prices. Fast delivery. Fast installation. No bs. I will definately be back the next time. No need to go anywhere else! EDIT!!!!!!!!! I like the concept - a big chain with a big name which they have an incentive to care for. However two of the wheels they sold me disintegrated soon, leaving me stranded in California. Luckily there was a warranty so I got new ones. A third tire needed to be replaced also, and they were going to order it but after a month still no word from them and then large chunks were beginning to come apart from the inner tire wall so another Discount Tire helped me put on the spare and ordered a new one for me that they took delivery of in just two days. I had to pay a warranty fee of $17, I wonder how much time that bought me... Now I get my hands dirty every day inspecting my discounted tires which is probably the most expensive tires I have ever bought counting per mile driven. If I die in the next Discount Tire mishap I have informed my next of kin to sue Discount Tire. (Note: I am an experienced car enthusiast and the car has been professionally inspected and aligned too so this can absolutely not be caused by any car problem or bad maintenance or driving. They are just crap tires. Besides their seller recommended these rims and tires for this car and they are not willing to buy them back.)
