  • I am going to avoid this store in the future and try other UPS stores. The employee who was working was rude and clearly not interested in doing his job. Worse, this store charges $2 to tape a package closed that is being shipped from their location and by UPS. When asked about this charge, I was dismissively told "There is a sign on the door." Thankfully I have other options and the nearby FedEx store was happy to tape my package closed for no extra charge.
