  • Worst Best Buy I have ever been to... Waited for someone to help me in their DVD player department for over 20 minutes... All associates were busy and when I asked if they could get someone to help me they rolled their eyes and I still waited... Unacceptable!!!!! That is not how customer service works! Definitely going to find another location cause this is shameful!
