  • I have been taking my Shorkie to Caring Hands for 3 years now. With the exception of one employee Ive always experienced good service with them. Claudia is excellent and is always able to calm my baby down when he is nervous. Also, I like the fact they call a couple days after vaccines to check on my pup and make sure he's doing ok. Email reminders for appointments as well as post cards in the mail is also helpful for those of us who are super busy and forgetful at times. Furthermore I love how timely they are. I've never waited longer then 10 minutes and I've yet to have an appointment last longer then 30 minutes top.
