  • Avoid this company if you are a prospective tenant. My wife and I tried to schedule a viewing of a home for which they manage. They seem to operate with a different work ethic than I would expect of a property manager. Tracey claims to be very busy and has to schedule viewings at times that suit her rather than the customer. She cancelled on us a couple of hours prior to a scheduled viewing and said we must wait another 24 hours to view at times that we specifically said don't work for us. I can't imagine being a tenant with this company as the property manager.
