  • I have never written a review before but this experience called for one. After looking at the groomer online I immediately wanted to take my Yorkie here. I arrived the store was very very cute pricey but cute, I showed the groomer a picture of how I wanted my Yorkie to look and she said no problem! When I returned to pick up my child his haircut was HORRIBLE. It was short and choppy, she had cut his ears different lengths !!!! I got home and literally wanted to cry so I called them and the girl I spoke to on the phone kept telling me to bring him back in so they could fix his hair ... How do you fix short choppy hair??? Cut it shorter?? Needless to say after asking her this question she chuckled and said "I don't know what you want me to do" umm how about what any other company with integrity would do give me my money back for this horrible job that was done at your facility... Well that didnt happen, I would never put my Yorkie through that again :( ..... Back to Petsmart we go where the company stands behind their work :)
