rev:text	I never write reviews but something needed to be said. My boyfriend was having lower back pain and it was annoying for him to do all the walking las vegas offers. So we decided to try a massage. Hes never been and ive been to MANY. So we went to see when the first available would be. The ladies at the front greeted us and gave us a price list. We chose to do a side by side more than skin deep massage which was 50 minutes. The earliest was in a few hours so we returned then. When we returned we signed a waiver and were asked to pay. We were shocked to find they add their own tip directly off the top. So they seperate us and i was told that until 7pm only on that day we can use the amenities of the spa which i thought was crazy considering this hotel has no pool at the moment and im still paying a ridiculous resort fee (i know i know different review) anyway i was instructed to wait in a small room with other ladies. I get to the massage room and the lady i had asked all the normal questions..any recent injuries, any target spots blah blah. My boyfriends masseuse on the other hand never said 1 word to him. So he told her he had a burn on his arm please dont touch it and she just said yah yah yah. So the massage was nothing special and regardless of telling her my neck was sore it was still a regular routined massage. Anyway to cut this short our experience was not worth the almost $500 we paid. In and out with just a bottle of water and continuing pain. The lady ended up massaging his burn and made it bleed. It wasnt very relaxing and nothing special. I never ask for refund or write reviews but this was probably the worst spa experience i ever had and to pay that? I regret not saying something directly after. We probably would have been better off getting one of those massages at the mall.
