  • Took my sister's car 2 weeks ago to get serviced and man the customer service SUCKS. I own a BMW and I would never even think of buying a Mercedes Benz after this experience. The service rep just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I had a problem with my light switch and just so he could get rid of me, he made me look stupid and actually convinced me that the bar above the light switch doesn't originally light up. I went into all the blogs online and saw 2 of my friends cars and all of them light up. so that rep was really just trying to get rid of me. I haven't fixed it until now and I am posting a picture of it now. When i go to the service at BMW, they make sure that every single detail is up to BMW standards which are perfection and they never let me leave unhappy. They even always try and get me into the best loaner car they have. Even when I went 2 months ago to the sales department to buy a C250 Coupe the sales rep was so rude and dry. I think this dealership has the worst customer service ever and I wish i can submit a complaint to Mercedes Benz.
