| - Their service department is so bad, I really couldn't come up with a low enough rating. We bought 2 cars from Priority, got the extended warranty on one of them, and the pre-certified warranty on the other. We were told there was no charge for oil changes, and that the warranty covered everything but "tires, brakes, and windshield wipers."
We've been back numerous times, and every time we got they try to give us a bill. Even for things they've previously said was covered under warranty. I think they believe that some people will just pay it, so they pretend the warranty doesn't exist.
Then there's always something else that's not covered under warranty.
The service people say they salesmen lie to get the sale and let them deliver the bad news. Doesn't matter who's to blame, they should respect their customers better.
We love our Honda cars, but I wouldn't buy another car from them if my life depended on it. I traded in my Nissan that I bought out of state and had serviced at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. I didn't buy my car from them, but they always treated me like they really wanted my business. My biggest mistake was buying from priority. Won't make that mistake again.
On the plus side, the massage chair(s) (when they're there and they work) are nice. It's a good way to make up for the overly long wait times I've experienced.
