  • Such a rude call that it make me laugh so hard! The girl that initially made the call was nice and sweet... until the "supervisor" grabbed the phone from her and said, "I'm the supervisor and I'll move this along quickly. The girl is in training and is listening in next to me". oooookay... she was doing fine, but whatever. After a few sales pitches, I stated that I was a bit busy and would I be able to call her back. She asked where I bought my cartridges from, and I said online. Well, apparently, that didn't sit well with the "supervisor", so she abruptly just said, "Have a nice day..." and tried to hang up. Well, apparently, she didn't hang up very well, because all I heard was: "Oh don't waste your time, he wasn't going to buy it anyways". BAHAHA!!! Seems like it's the supervisor that needed the training on how to make sales and consultation calls. Hilarious!!!
