  • I have to say that Spectra on 7th is THE BEST place to live if you're looking to live in the Northern Phoenix Area. After reading negative comments and have analyzed them I have come to see that any complaint made was ultimately the consumer [resident] being unaware of the business contract [service] they signed and the rules of which they must abide by. This place is great and if you're complaining then you need to re-evaluate decisions that are made before making them to reduce your overall disappointment - but hey! Life is a learning process. This place rocks! Everyone is nice and respectful - just be nice and respectful and all shall receive the same in return. Best, Wedad Alostaz
