When I first walked in I was immediately greeted and set up in their queue. They were booked up for an hour and unfortunately unlike other businesses with waiting areas they have no refreshments available nor a notification system so that you may leave to come back. This is a suggestion to the company and less to do with the employees and this particular store. My experience with the team was great. When it was my turn Junior helped me with a phone upgrade on my line. He gave me the spec run down on the phones I was interested in until I decided on which was best for me. Then we walked through my upgrade options including pay off the remaining balance or trade in my current phone towards it. With some help of their supervisor Markus they ended up getting me a great deal back on my phone old phone. After figuring everything out he swapped all data swap from my old to new phone and reset the old one to protect my information. I felt bad they were at the store with me 40 past close but I appreciate all their help and now I'm set up with a sleek new cell.
