  • DO NOT GO HERE. I would give a 0 star review if possible. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and inspection a week and a half in advance. I showed up a few minutes early, and reminded them of the services that I had scheduled. They told me it might be 15-20 minutes before the pulled my car around. They didn't pull my car around until I had been waiting for an hour and a half. I have a fleet vehicle, so I don't pay for these services, so I didn't have a traditional checkout experience. After I left their facility (after a total wait time of over 3 hours) I realized they had not even changed my oil. So I waited over three hours for them to NOT do what I scheduled them to do. I called the manager who never apologized, made excuses, and when I told him that I wouldn't be scheduling another appointment with them that I just felt like he should be aware of the service being provided at his store, he hung up on me! I am furious!!!
