  • BE AWARE EVERYONE! came here to find someone for my wife's hair. i was introduced to Norma. i made an appointment. the day of the appointment Norma was one hour late. she also spoke no English so i couldn't understand why she was late. after 2 days of service and almost 12 hours in the chair my wife left in tears and her hair is horrible and falling out. totally burnt, different colors, even the color is washing out A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! manager was inept in helping afterwards. owner didn't call us as requested. we were going to sue but didn't. this salon is full of independent stylists and the company has no input or responsibility. i won't be back to say the least.
